How Custom Orders Work
We love creating personalised items just for you! Here’s a simple guide on how our customization process works, whether you're adding custom text or uploading your own images.
Place Your Order
Browse our gallery and add any product to your cart. When you're ready, proceed through the checkout and fill in your details just like a normal order. This secures your place in our queue and lets us know what you need.
Provide Your Custom Details
For Products with Custom Text:
During the checkout process, you'll see a text box for each item that requires customization. Simply type the name, date, or message you'd like on your item into the corresponding box before you place the order.
For Products with Image Uploads:
After you complete your purchase, you will receive the standard order confirmation, however it will have an additional section at the bottom with a special link just for you (so don't share it!) to securely upload your image or images for the product to our website. Some points to note:
- Try to upload high quality images (direct from your phone's camera is good. Downloaded images from social media or messaging apps is probably not going to be great quality).
- Be careful when selecting which images to upload. We don't allow access for users to delete images (we will delete them within 30 days of the order being shipped)
Click this link, and you'll be taken to a page on our site where you can easily upload your photos or logo files directly to your order.
We Get to Work!
Once we have your order and all the necessary custom details or images, we'll get to work crafting your unique item. If we have any questions, we'll reach out to you via the email you provided. We'll send you another notification as soon as your order has been shipped.
