Personalised & Custom-Made Goods
Each personalised product is made to order just for you. This means that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or have made an error in your order details (e.g., typos, incorrect dates, or wrong image uploads). We strongly encourage you to double-check all customisation details before submitting your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We are committed to providing high-quality products. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault or damage
- Photographic evidence of the issue

Refunds
If a refund is approved for a faulty or incorrect item, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for other items.
Shipping for Returns
If we ask you to return a faulty item, we will provide you with instructions on how to send it back to us and will cover the cost of return shipping.
